Travis Cullen born and raised in St. Louis Park, a suburb west of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a former federally incarcerated inmate, with nonviolent cannabis distribution charges to businessman and cannabis advocate. He was arrested at the age of 22 and spent 9 years in federal prison for his crimes. Always leads with his paperwork, The THC Expert, is the founder and proprietor of Laughing Waters Smoke Shop in Rochester, Mn, The Grand opening was this past April in 2023. He is also the founder of Freedom soda. A hemp Derived THC beverage that gives a portion of the profits directly to inmates locked up for nonviolent cannabis crimes or nonprofit organizations like Freedom Grow who Travis works closely with. Always wanting to give back, his commitment to advocacy and positive change is evident in every aspect of his entrepreneurial ventures.
